We're a single-location dispensary on Old Canton Rd in north Jackson. That means a small team where what you do is visible, and where knowing the product actually matters — our customers are patients, and most of them have questions.

What we look for

• Patience. A lot of people walking in are new to this and nervous about it.
• Reliability. Regulated retail means the schedule and the counts are not flexible.
• Willingness to learn the rules. MMCP compliance is most of the job.
• Cannabis knowledge is a plus, not a requirement. We would rather train someone dependable.

Requirements

• 21 or older — state requirement, no exceptions
• Eligible to work in the US
• Able to pass the background check required for an MMCP work permit
